Tutorial: Explore Recommendations

We put together a tutorial on how to create a simple app that generates and displays personalized venue recommendations for users by using foursquare’s Explore feature.

We used our explore endpoint in this example.

How Many Visits

Uses venue history to show how many venues matching a particular criteria the user has been to.

Uses the to-do list endpoint and venue history to show which of a given list of places a user has been to and which are on their to-do list.
